3. If the item needs to be returned you will be assigned a RMA (Return
to Manufacturer Authorization) code to write on the outside of the
box and an address to mail the item to.

not ship the item back to our post office box. You will be instructed
where to send the item. Please ship your package by insured parcel
post or UPS ground.
