We will not resell your information (Unlike other mail order or internet stores), including your email address, to another party or company. We do collect your information to process the transaction and to notify you of special sales and new items.

You have the option at any time to remove your contact information from our “Special Deals and Holiday” email notification system.


 
Returns and Exchanges:
 


We strive to offer you the Best products, the Best Services at the Best prices! If you are not COMPLETELY SATISFIED this is what you must do:

1. Contact us within five days of receipt of the item.
2. Please contact us first at Service@HomeGoodStore.com to arrange an exchange or refund.
3. If the item needs to be returned you will be assigned a RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) code to write on the outside of the box and an address to mail the item to.

Not all items will be returned to the same address * Do not ship the item back to our post office box. You will be instructed where to send the item. Please ship your package by insured parcel post or UPS ground.

The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs to return an item.

4. If a refund is necessary, your money will be refunded when we receive the item.

Any item that is returned without prior authorization or return code (RMA Number) will be denied an exchange or refund.
